       Embodiment Meditation with me, Dr Zeb, is body-centered journey towards emotional growth and spiritual awakening. Unlike most spiritual teachings, I use embodiment meditative practices to create a context for you to get past your fears and unwanted behaviors. We will explore practices that support you to replace your unwanted knee jerk reactions with responses that help you stay flexible, adapt to challenges, and feel an ongoing state of inner stability.

       With embodiment meditative practices your senses progressively become more refined revealing a subtle world where you  come to understand how to dismantle your deepest emotional injuries. We will explore how establish a profound sense of wholeness-of-being as a reliable source of support. Then how this state facilitates you to be in relationship without getting entangled in defenses and projections (behaviors and beliefs) that obstruct your spiritual awakening and the flow of genuine interaction.

            gracefully respond to others based on the

            honest truth you feel in the present moment 

            rather than your habitual attachments and fears.

Grow the body-mind infra-structure to

           naturally manage your immediate impulses and

           that is full and naturally radiant.

 

I, Dr Zeb, have more than 30 years experience guiding individuals and groups in body-mind experiences. I synthesize traditional mindful meditation practices with somatic psychology and relational healing. I have been influenced by years of yoga meditation practices, training in the mindfulness methods of body-centered psychology, and in the last three years training in the Realization Process®, a method of Non-Dual embodiment meditation

developed by Judith Blackstone, Ph.D..
